To immerse oneself deeply in the music and to feel the connection to the audience through the music - that is the premise with which mezzo-soprano Franziska Weber enters the stage.

After her training at the Mozarteum Salzburg, the Theatre Academy August Everding and the University of Music and Performing Arts Munich, she has been a member of the ensemble of the Theater Altenburg Gera since autumn 2024 and can be heard there this season as Alisa in Donizetti's Lucia di Lammermoor, as Irma in the Benatzky operetta Meine Schwester und Ich and as Kartenlegerin in Arabella by Richard Strauss.
